Do I need an appointment to drop off laundry?
No appointment needed for drop-off! Just walk in during business hours. For pickup & delivery, schedule online through our Cents portal.
How long does wash & fold take?
Standard turnaround is 1–2 days. Wash & fold is $1.75/lb. Same-day available — drop off by noon and ask about availability. A same-day fee may apply.
Do you offer fragrance-free washing?
Yes! Just let us know when you drop off and we'll use fragrance-free, hypoallergenic detergent at no extra charge.
Is parking available?
Yes, street parking is available on Tremont Street and surrounding streets.
How do I sign up for a membership?
Memberships are managed through our Cents portal. Click "View Memberships" on the homepage or call us and we'll walk you through it.
